The house at 710 Madison Avenue was originally built in 1949. It was an abandoned, dilapidated house rapidly falling into disrepair and becoming a blight in the Tepe Park neighborhood. Volunteers, partners, and funders worked together to completely gut and fully restore the house. A once rundown house with terrible termite damage is now safe, energy-efficient, easy to maintain, and affordable for new homeowners. We celebrated this remarkable achievement with a ribbon cutting ceremony on October 22, 2020.
